  • One-Time Payment Services: Clients can request a refund within 14 days of service completion. However, costs related to domain registration and hosting fees are non-refundable.
  • Monthly Subscription Services: Clients can request a refund within the first 30 days of service. After the first month, refunds will only be issued for unused months.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at info@wallxer.com with the details of your service. Once your request is received, we will review it, and if eligible, we will issue a refund within 3 business days. Basic costs, such as domain and hosting fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom domain registration fees.
  • Hosting fees.
  • Any additional third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.
