1. Services

• Wallxer provides IT-related services, including but not limited to web development, SEO, and social media management. Services can be availed either on a monthly subscription basis or as one-time payment services.

2. Payment Terms

• One-Time Services: Payments for one-time services must be made upfront at least 50% and the rest is after completing the project.
• Subscription Services: Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

3. Subscription Cancellation
Subscription services can be canceled after a minimum period of one month. To cancel, clients must notify us via email at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle.

4. Service Modifications
Wallxer reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. Users will be informed about significant changes via email.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including website designs, logos, and code developed by Wallxer, is the intellectual property of Wallxer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability
Wallxer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
